Responsibilities
- Act as a technical point of contact for presales requests.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present technical designs, solution architectures, and delivery estimates.
Solution Design & Documentation
- Create high-quality technical documentation, including solution overviews, diagrams, and implementation plans.
- Ensure all designs align with best practices, security standards, and client needs.
- Develop and maintain a library of standardised presales solutions for offerings, including:
- Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace
- Backup, security, and endpoint management solutions
- Continuously improve and optimise solution templates and presales processes.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and successful project execution.
- Provide technical enablement and training to sales and account management teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a presales or solution architect role within an IT MSP or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of modern IT needs and challenges.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Modern Workplace technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple presales engagements simultaneously.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience designing and estimating solutions for AVD and related cloud services.
- Experience designing and estimating networking solutions (LAN, WAN, MPLS)
