An experienced product leader to own and drive the Casper365 SaaS platform roadmap within Zenzero. You'll bring strong technical foundations to a fully strategic role — managing a growing internal team and external development partners, and working closely with senior stakeholders to shape how the platform evolves. This role has the potential to grow into a broader centre of excellence across Zenzero as the product portfolio expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the Casper365 product roadmap, translating strategic vision into clear delivery plans.
- Bridge business stakeholders (including C-suite) and the development team, shaping requirements and driving outcomes.
- Bring your own expertise to challenge and improve how the roadmap is delivered — this is a collaborative, not just executional, role.
- Lead a growing team of internal developers (currently 2 senior, 1 junior) plus 3–4 external developers, with 2 further hires underway.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, and manage delivery accountability across external partners.
- Motivate the team around clear delivery goals, maintaining quality standards and agile ways of working.
- Support customer onboarding through timely platform delivery.
- Take on additional IP and workstreams as Zenzero's product portfolio grows.
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years in software development, with a track record of delivering complex technical products.
- 3+ years managing development teams, including mentoring and line management.
- Proven ownership of a product roadmap from strategy through to delivery.
- Experience managing both internal teams and external development partners.
- Strong communicator — equally comfortable with developers and C-suite.
- Agile methodology experience.
- SaaS product background.
Desirable
- Previous Head of / Lead Product experience.
- Experience scaling development teams.
- Familiarity with product analytics.
- Background working alongside commercial teams on product positioning.
