Presales Architect in London

Responsibilities

Act as a technical point of contact for presales requests.

Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.

Prepare and present technical designs, solution architectures, and delivery estimates.

Solution Design & Documentation

Create high-quality technical documentation, including solution overviews, diagrams, and implementation plans.

Ensure all designs align with best practices, security standards, and client needs.

Develop and maintain a library of standardised presales solutions for offerings, including:

Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace

Backup, security, and endpoint management solutions

Continuously improve and optimise solution templates and presales processes.

Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and successful project execution.

Provide technical enablement and training to sales and account management teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a presales or solution architect role within an IT MSP or similar environment.

Strong understanding of modern IT needs and challenges.

Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Modern Workplace technologies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple presales engagements simultaneously.

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience designing and estimating solutions for AVD and related cloud services.

Experience designing and estimating networking solutions (LAN, WAN, MPLS)
