Junior Strategy Associate

Purpose of the role

As a Junior Strategy Consultant, you will have a strong interest in the growth of the business, data analysis, ESG policies and experience in building business cases to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a trustworthy and proactive Strategy Consultant to provide comprehensive support to our exec team. You will play a pivotal role in carrying out market research, driving strategic objectives of the business forward and assisting with the ongoing implementation of our company\’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) policies.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, across the MSP market
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management.
• Support the development of business cases and financial models to evaluate potential projects and investments.
• Utilise Microsoft Excel to analyse data, create financial models, and generate reports.
• Implement and support the company\’s ESG policies,
• Assisting with B Corp reporting and auditing

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in a consulting or strategy role is a plus, but not required.
