About the Role
As a Service Delivery Manager within ZenSec, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of cybersecurity services to our clients. You will oversee end-to-end service delivery, manage service performance against agreed expectations, and act as a trusted partner to customers. Working closely with security teams and client stakeholders, you will drive service excellence, continuous improvement, and long-term customer satisfaction.
Essential:
- Strong service delivery management experience in IT security;
- cybersecurity knowledge;
- excellent communication and stakeholder management;
- problem-solving ability;
- process improvement experience.
Desirable:
- ITIL certification;
- managed security services experience.
