We’re hiring at Zenza Energy. Zenza Energy is a growing commercial energy consultancy helping UK businesses secure better electricity and gas contracts through a transparent, consultative and customer-first approach.
We are now looking for hungry, experienced and self-motivated salespeople to join the team as Commercial Energy Consultants. This is a fully remote, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. This role is designed for people who want freedom, flexibility and the ability to be paid directly based on performance.

Earning potential examples: You will have access to a growing supplier panel, structured lead tiers, contract support, customer service support and training designed to help you understand the process, build confidence and close quality business.
Strong B2B sales experience is essential. Confident phone-based communicators are required, along with people who are organised with CRM updates, follow-up and pipeline management. Please do not apply for this role if you have never worked in B2B sales before. Commercial energy experience is preferred.
