We’re hiring at Zenza Energy. Zenza Energy is a growing commercial energy consultancy helping UK businesses secure better electricity and gas contracts through a transparent, consultative and customer-first approach.

We are now looking for hungry, experienced and self-motivated salespeople to join the team as Commercial Energy Consultants. This is a fully remote, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. You will receive 20% of the company proceeds on the deals you close. This role is designed for people who want freedom, flexibility and the ability to be paid directly based on performance.

Based on the current business model, lead structure, supplier access and support in place, we believe consultants who are consistent, coachable and disciplined have a genuine opportunity to build towards £75,000+ revenue generated months. This is not a role where you are left on your own with no support. You will have access to a growing supplier panel, structured lead tiers, contract support, customer service support and training designed to help you understand the process, build confidence and close quality business.

We are looking for people who already understand how to speak to businesses, manage a pipeline, follow up properly and take ownership of their results. Commercial energy experience is preferred, but strong B2B sales experience is essential.
