We are looking for a Senior Onsite Technical Engineer to lead from the front, supporting senior executives, managing vulnerabilities, and keeping clients running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Onsite support & incident escalation (4 days/week client site)
- Vulnerability management
- Supporting and administering Azure, Office 365, Intune, and more
- Rolling out IT projects & onboarding/offboarding staff
- Building strong client relationships through expert, reliable support
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong 2nd Line experience in IT support
- Expert in the Microsoft tech stack, including Azure, Intune, O365
- Comfort working with Nessus, AV setups, telephony, and AD
