An exciting and rewarding opportunity has become available for experienced and compassionate SEN Tutors to support secondary-aged students who are experiencing Emotionally Based School Avoidance, as well as students with EHCPs who are currently unable to access full-time education. Working with a secondary school in the London Borough of Wandsworth, you will provide personalised 1:1 tuition and pastoral support, helping students re-engage with learning, build confidence, and work towards a successful return to school and improved attendance.
We are looking for tutors who have experience supporting young people with additional needs and understand the barriers that can prevent students from accessing education. The successful candidate will be patient, adaptable, emotionally intelligent, and able to build positive, trusting relationships with students who may have experienced prolonged periods out of school.
