An exciting opportunity has become available for a dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in the London Borough of Wandsworth. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the student's educational journey by working closely with teachers, the SENCO, pastoral staff, and external professionals to deliver consistent, personalised support throughout the school day. About the Role
As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to a student with an EHCP, ensuring they are fully included in school life and able to access the curriculum in a way that meets their individual needs. You will work alongside teaching staff to implement strategies and interventions outlined within the student's EHCP while promoting independence, confidence, and positive learning behaviours.
