We are looking for a passionate, nurturing, and enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join our Outstanding mainstream primary school, based in Camden, supporting in Nursery. Job Description
- Support children's learning through play-based activities
- Deliver phonics, reading, communication, and early literacy support
- Encourage language development and social interaction
- Support fine motor, sensory, and creative activities
- Assist with outdoor learning and exploration activities
- Support children's emotional wellbeing and confidence
- Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing classroom environment
- Encourage independence and positive behaviour
- Support children during transitions and daily routines
- Assist with observations and child development monitoring
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds a full and relevant Level 3 qualification
- Is passionate about Early Years education and child development
- Has experience working within Nursery or Reception settings
- Is warm, nurturing, and patient
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills
- Is creative, enthusiastic, and proactive
- Understands safeguarding and child-centred practice
- Can build positive relationships with children and families

Pay: £115 per day

Trial Days: Selected candidates will be invited to attend an interview and observation session as part of the recruitment process.
