This role involves working across both KS1 and KS2, supporting pupils academically, socially, and emotionally, including children with SEN and SEMH needs.

Job Description:
- Supporting pupils with SEN and SEMH needs within the classroom
- Delivering targeted interventions focused on emotional regulation, communication, literacy, and social skills
- Building positive and trusting relationships with children
- Supporting pupils who may experience anxiety, low confidence, behavioural challenges, or difficulties with emotional regulation
- Assisting children with Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social communication needs
- Helping pupils access learning in a positive and supportive way
- Supporting behaviour management strategies and classroom routines
- Encouraging independence, resilience, and self-esteem
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a degree in Psychology or a related field
- Has a genuine passion for child development and mental wellbeing
- Is patient, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent
- Has a strong interest in SEN, SEMH, and inclusive education
- Can build positive relationships with children and staff
- Is calm, resilient, and adaptable
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
