What You’ll Bring
- A minimum of 3-5+ years' experience in a similar management role
- Evidence of post graduate studies or a management qualification
- Strong business, financial and strategic acumen
- Experience in a private dental practice or similar health care setup
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Strong understanding and abilities in performance management, sales, lead generation, handling appraisals, compliance and recruitment areas of running a business
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Great analytical skills
- Strong understanding of sales and performance management
- Strong understanding of KPIs and how these can be used to monitor and manage the practice
