We seek a dynamic and results-driven Premium Sales Treatment Coordinator to join our team in our Central London branch. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Excellence:
- Build and nurture relationships with high-value patients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Drive sales of premium dental services and packages by providing in-depth knowledge and exceptional customer service.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Performance Optimisation:
- Analyse sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement initiatives that drive sales and brand awareness.
Patient Engagement:
- Deliver a seamless and luxurious client experience from initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up.
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding Zental’s commitment to luxury and excellence in every interaction.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure all sales processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with company standards.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of Zental’s service offerings and the competitive landscape.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in high-value or premium sales, preferably in healthcare or retail.
- Strong performance orientation with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with discerning patients.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a focus on delivering results.
- Paying high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for outstanding service and an interest in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus.
