Your Role & Responsibilities
- Chairside Assistance: Provide high-quality chairside support (minimum two days per week)
- Leadership & Supervision: Lead, mentor, and support a team of dental nurses
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursing team, ensuring efficiency
- Compliance & Standards: Maintain strict infection control protocols and ensure regulatory compliance
- Scheduling & Workflow: Manage staff rotas and optimise workflow to enhance productivity
- Training & Development: Support junior dental nurses’ growth and skill development
- Patient-Centric Approach: Collaborate with the wider dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Strive for Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of patient care and service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- GDC Registration – Essential
- 7+ years of experience in a private or mixed dental practice
- 2+ years of experience leading a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive, patient-focused approach with a can-do attitude
- A personable and professional chairside manner
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Sedation & Implant Trained
Job Type
Full-time (40 hours per week) Pattern Monday to Friday
The salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors, including the scope required, relevant experience, and job-related skills. At Zental, cash salary is only one component of our Total Rewards Package, which may also include paid performance incentives for eligible roles.
