We are seeking a Dental Practice & Performance Manager to lead our Barnet practice—a person who combines commercial awareness, operational excellence and people leadership with a calm, confident presence.

The Role

  • Lead the day‑to‑day performance of the practice, with accountability across people, patients, processes, performance and profitability.
  • Possess great people skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Support local growth initiatives including marketing and community presence.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Background

  • Minimum 3+ years’ management experience in a healthcare, dental, or multi‑site environment.
  • Experience managing teams of 4+ direct reports.
  • A management or related qualification (Preferred).
  • Previous experience in a dental or private healthcare setting (Preferred).
  • Full understanding of KPIs, performance management, and commercial targets.
  • Strong understanding of practice‑level financials (P&L, cost control, revenue drivers).

Leadership & Capability

  • Confident, credible leader who can motivate and challenge teams.
  • Strong understanding of different leadership styles and when to apply them.
  • Experience handling HR matters, performance issues, and team development.
  • Ability to translate business goals into clear actions for the team.

  • Able to manage and resolve patient concerns effectively.
