Responsibilities include increasing revenue through cold outreach and prospecting in collaboration with account teams. Build and maintain a sales pipeline aligned with targets set by the Sales Manager and Cyber Security Practice Head. Take ownership of the end‑to‑end Sales‑to‑Delivery process, working closely with Project Delivery and Technical teams to ensure seamless execution. Develop and nurture a net‑new sales funnel through prospecting and networking, and create client‑specific presentations and proposals. Expand existing accounts from single or dual service lines into multi‑line, high‑value engagements. Manage the complete sales cycle, including opportunity qualification, deal closure, and post‑sales support for delivery alignment. Collaborate with Account Sales and Marketing teams to design campaigns and strengthen client engagement. Perform daily activities such as prospecting, qualifying opportunities, closing deals, and supporting project and technical teams for delivered engagements. Demonstrate expertise in bid responses, including managed service outsourcing deals, service definition, cost modeling, and content development. Apply strong commercial acumen as an articulate, persuasive team player contributing effectively to pursuit teams. Leverage experience in business system risk management related to information security. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and respond to RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs by coordinating with account teams, pre‑sales, solution architects, SMEs, and finance to develop high‑quality, cost‑effective solutions. Manage multiple opportunities across clients in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors while identifying new business prospects. Maintain strong relationships with senior management and C‑level stakeholders, and build effective internal networks to access required resources. Exhibit a proactive, results‑driven mindset with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences. Work independently and collaboratively with a flexible, 'can do' approach, managing multiple priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications and Experience: Eligible to travel between India and other global locations. Educational background in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related IT discipline. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, and CRISC are desirable. Minimum 12+ years of experience in Cyber Security and Cloud Security. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Desirable: work experience related to security tools implementation and configuration, security operation process and metrics. Experience with standards and guidelines such as ISMS (ISO 27001‑2013), SOC, PCI, NIST framework and IT general controls. Understanding of network security risks, exploits, and vulnerabilities.
