We are looking for an experienced Transformation Project Manager with a strong technology and engineering background to lead strategic initiatives within the banking or financial services domain. The role involves managing end-to-end transformation programs, working closely with senior stakeholders, and driving delivery across complex backend systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end delivery ownership for banking applications covering change and transformation, and run.
- Act as a technical steward, ensuring solution quality, scalability, and architectural alignment.
- Lead and manage large delivery teams (~100 members) across multiple workstreams.
- Drive AI, engineering excellence, governance, and best practices across the delivery lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align delivery with strategic objectives.
- Oversee application modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure risk management, quality assurance, and compliance standards are met.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Delivery Management / Program Delivery within the banking domain.
- Background as a Tech Lead / Solution Architect (mandatory).
- Experience managing large teams (80–120 members) in complex delivery environments.
- Solid understanding of:
- Core Banking / Enterprise Platforms
- CRM systems (Salesforce, nCino)
- Digital Banking & Open Banking ecosystems
- Proven ability to drive transformation programs alongside BAU operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience (onsite exposure preferred).
