Business and Technical Skills Required:
- At least 15+ years of proven experience working in various roles within an IT organization set up for Insurance and Financial Services.
- Extensive proven experience in account farming and client relationship management within the Insurance and Financial Services sector.
- Strong domain knowledge of the banking ecosystem and a deep understanding of the market dynamics in the UK and Europe.
- Proven credentials in expanding business growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent and proven experience in selling services for one or more areas in Experience, Engineering, Data, AI, Cloud and Infrastructure, Security, ERP’s etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative solutions.
- Strong understanding of technology trends and market developments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
