The role requires a strong understanding of business processes, requirements management, stakeholder communication, and experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related Microsoft technologies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, processes, and pain points.
- Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement-gathering meetings.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze and recommend solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
- Support solution design discussions with architects and technical teams.
- Create and maintain business process maps, BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process documentation.
- Work closely with development and QA teams during implementation and testing phases.
- Facilitate UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder sign-off.
- Identify process improvement opportunities through automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Support change management, training, and adoption activities.
- Ensure successful project delivery following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Qualifications
- Functional Skills
- Strong experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Management.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement modules.
- Good understanding of Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service (preferred).
- Experience in Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Business Process Modeling, and Gap Analysis.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Technical Understanding
- Knowledge of D365 architecture and configuration capabilities.
- Understanding of Dataverse data models.
- Familiarity with integrations involving APIs, Azure Services, and Microsoft ecosystem.
- Knowledge of reporting and dashboard requirements using Power BI.
- Understanding of security roles, workflows, and business rules within Dynamics 365.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) and Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Certifications.
- Experience in Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, Energy, or Telecom domains is an added advantage.
