We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mulesoft Developer to architect, design, and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce integration, SaaS platforms, and leading development teams in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of integration solutions using MuleSoft.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Salesforce developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Develop APIs, orchestrations, and data transformations using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio.
- Ensure best practices in API design, security, and performance.
- Manage and mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Integrate various SaaS platforms and on-premise systems.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
- Maintain documentation and support deployment processes.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in integration development, with at least 5 years in MuleSoft.
- Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API Manager, and Runtime Manager.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using MuleSoft.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, RAML, and JSON/XML.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, NetSuite, etc.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- MuleSoft certification(s) preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MuleSoft Certified Developer / Architect.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
