Duties and Responsibilities
As a Digital Specialist, you would be responsible for building accurate and thorough digital applications and facilitate effective handover to the support team post the implementation phase of a project. Your responsibilities include:
- Determining business requirements, deriving project specifications, software design, implementation, testing, deployment, facilitating end user training and documentation for on-premises and cloud environments.
- Working closely with the client, Business Analysts and technical team to understand the OKRs & business requirements and to drive the project.
- Providing quantified delivery estimates for assigned changes and projects.
- Delivering functionality that fully meets the defined Digital functional and non-functional requirements.
- Co-ordinating the management of Path to live and non-path to live environments in line with digital requirements, including triaging and information gathering digital, end-to-end non-live environment issues.
- Preparing and maintaining runbooks and knowledge bases to support future environment triage requirements.
- Leading the delivery of Continuous Integration in an Agile environment where appropriate.
- Ensuring adherence to organisation’s design and development standards and making recommendations as appropriate.
- Creating requirement documentation, in line with agreed standards.
- Being a technical leader in your technology area, responsible for design reviews of work delivered by junior team members.
Technical Skills Required
Proven and demonstrable experience at story mapping, prioritisation and MVP identification. Demonstrable experience in process and data modelling, requirements capture and analysis. Lead the team at seeking out the right requirements. Familiar with all aspects of workshop. Good understanding of SDET framework & driving the deliveries. Hands-on experience in designing Flows in PEGA framework using Activities, Flow Actions, Harness, Section, Decision rules, Declarative rules and Reports. Well-versed with Agile software development principles and practices. Well versed with development and support processes. Ability to produce technical documentation where required (high-level/low-level, technical designs). Passion for product quality and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse stakeholder group including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Experience in/Knowledge of
Working knowledge of ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, PEGA debugging tools such as Tracer & Clipboard.
Experience Required
Minimum 5 years’ proven experience of business analysis within an Agile environment.
