As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be required to support and manage our infrastructure services and enterprise tools. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across device management, collaboration platforms, IT service management, and infrastructure operations. This role requires excellent technical capability, strong ownership, and the ability to work across multiple technology domains.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Administer Microsoft Intune and manage Windows, macOS, and mobile devices (MDM), OneDrive and SharePoint Online.
  • Manage Apple device enrolment, configuration, and compliance policies.
  • Oversee endpoint security, including antivirus, device compliance, and vulnerability management.
