Sr Lead - We are seeking a Full Stack Sr. Lead with 12+ years of experience in React.js, TypeScript, Node.js and Express.js. The successful candidate will work within an Agile delivery team, contributing to frontend and backend development, application modernisation, integrations, and support activities. The ideal candidate will embrace AI-driven software development, leveraging GitHub Copilot and related AI tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, security, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript.
- Build and support backend APIs and services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Work with MongoDB and Oracle databases for application development and integrations.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs.
- Support migration of legacy ASP.NET Web Forms applications to React-based solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies.
- Write clean, maintainable and reusable code.
- Use GitHub Copilot and AI tools to improve development productivity and code quality.
Required Skills
A strong hands-on developer who can contribute quickly within an established team, work across frontend and backend technologies, solve problems effectively, and use AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and software quality.
