Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end enterprise transformation programmes across CRM and digital platforms.
- Drive business capability modelling, operating model design, and process re-engineering.
- Lead global requirement engineering, solution design, and stakeholder alignment.
- Own CRM ecosystem delivery across Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud), ServiceNow, and CPQ platforms.
- Drive legacy system migration to cloud-native platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration across APIs, middleware, and microservices architecture.
- Act as Product Owner, managing backlog prioritisation aligned to business value.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, release planning, and delivery governance.
- Drive executive stakeholder engagement across global and cross-functional teams.
- Lead business change management, UAT, adoption strategy, and rollout execution.
- Drive performance optimisation, business outcomes, and operational efficiency.
- Establish governance frameworks, risk management, and delivery excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation Technology (2001-2005).
- PSPO 1 Professional.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of API-led architecture and microservices ecosystems.
- Expertise in business process modelling (UML, BPMN, DFD, ERD).
- Hands-on experience with JIRA / Azure DevOps.
- Experience with data analysis using SQL.
- Exposure to UI/UX tools such as Figma and process visualization tools.
