Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end enterprise transformation programmes across CRM and digital platforms.
  • Drive business capability modelling, operating model design, and process re-engineering.
  • Lead global requirement engineering, solution design, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Own CRM ecosystem delivery across Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud), ServiceNow, and CPQ platforms.
  • Drive legacy system migration to cloud-native platforms.
  • Ensure seamless integration across APIs, middleware, and microservices architecture.
  • Act as Product Owner, managing backlog prioritisation aligned to business value.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, release planning, and delivery governance.
  • Drive executive stakeholder engagement across global and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead business change management, UAT, adoption strategy, and rollout execution.
  • Drive performance optimisation, business outcomes, and operational efficiency.
  • Establish governance frameworks, risk management, and delivery excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation Technology (2001-2005).
  • PSPO 1 Professional.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of API-led architecture and microservices ecosystems.
  • Expertise in business process modelling (UML, BPMN, DFD, ERD).
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA / Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with data analysis using SQL.
  • Exposure to UI/UX tools such as Figma and process visualization tools.

Methodologies:

  • Agile (Scrum, Product Ownership).
  • Waterfall and hybrid delivery models.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Scrum Product Owner (PSPO or equivalent).
  • Business Analysis / Testing certifications (ISTQB, CBDA).
