This role requires a blend of high-level strategy and "in-the-trenches" execution. You will manage multi-channel campaigns—spanning email, campaign development, events, and content—while ensuring every marketing touchpoint is perfectly synced with our regional sales efforts.

    • Regional Ownership: Act as the marketing lead for specific EMEA territories, developing localized campaign frameworks that resonate with the unique challenges of regional hospitality markets.
    • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement full-funnel campaign strategies that target key segments in EMEA to drive qualified leads and grow the sales pipeline. Coordinate campaign planning, manage timelines, and ensure seamless execution to drive measurable results across multiple channels, including email, paid media, SEO, webinars and events.
    • Paid Media Strategy Support: Develop the creative strategy, messaging, and asset requirements for paid digital channels, collaborating with central teams or partners to ensure successful deployment.
  • Content & Email Marketing
    • Content Localization: Adapt and create high-performing content—including case studies, whitepapers, and digital ad copy—that speaks directly to the pain points of local restaurant operators.
    • Demand Gen: Design targeted email sequences to nurture prospects through the B2B sales funnel.
    • Creative Optimization: Constantly A/B test email copy, subject lines, and content formats to maximize engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Events & Field Marketing
    • Event Strategy: Boost Crunchtime’s visibility at key industry trade shows, roundtables, and regional events, managing everything from pre-event promotion, to show attendance, booth logistics, to lead capture.
    • Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with Sr. Events Manager, BDRs, and Sales teams to maximize the effectiveness of outbound efforts and ensure event leads are followed up on effectively.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization
    • KPI Definition & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for all demand generation efforts. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, focusing on metrics such as ROI, lead quality, and resulting pipeline impact. Use these insights to provide recommendations for campaign optimization.
    • Lead Management: Collaborate with Marketing Operations and the Business Development Representative (BDR) team to forecast and continuously monitor lead performance. Develop effective lead generation strategies and refine the sales handoff processes in close partnership with the sales team to maximize lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
