Zenovo are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer with 2+ Years of Experience to join our client in Slough. Working within a collaborative engineering environment, a successful candidate will contribute to the full product development lifecycle, helping to deliver cutting-edge embedded devices used by customers globally.
Job Responsibilities:
- Write, develop and maintain embedded software.
- Work with customers and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Develop new features and improve existing products.
- Troubleshoot, debug and resolve software issues.
- Collaborate with hardware and firmware engineers on product development.
- Write clean, reliable and well-documented code.
- Support software testing, validation and release activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience developing embedded software using C/C++.
- Skilled in Embedded Systems Design.
- Hands-on experience with ARM Cortex-M, STM32, ESP32 or similar microcontrollers.
- Knowledge of RTOS &/or Linux.
- Experience using Git and CI/CD tools.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Understanding of Software interfacing with Hardware.
