We are looking for a creative, innovative, and motivated Electronics Test Engineer who brings both technical strength and a proactive, detail-driven approach. You’ll bring strong technical capability in LabVIEW programming, test equipment development, and troubleshooting, supported by an organised, structured way of working. As you’ll be working closely with teams across the business, excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and test plans for new electronic products.
  • Produce test specifications aligned with customer requirements and internal standards.
  • Design, build, and validate new test equipment and fixtures for manufacturing.
  • Maintain and improve existing test equipment to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Manage version control for compiled firmware files and support programming fixtures.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to production teams.
  • Guide and support Electronics Technicians.
  • Verify and validate test equipment and fixtures in line with industry standards.
  • Keep accurate documentation and records per quality systems and clearly communicate test results.
About You
  • Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (BEng) or equivalent qualification/experience.
  • 1-2 years experience in an electronics or manufacturing test engineering role.
  • Strong LabVIEW programming skills plus experience with C# and Arduino platforms.
  • Experience working with SQL databases for test data collection and analysis.
  • Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting skills for both test equipment and electronic products.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
