Job Title : Graduate Electronics Engineer Location : Northamptonshire (Fully On-Site) Salary : Β£30,000 – Β£35,000 + Benefits

Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated Graduate Electronics Engineer to join an established engineering team, supporting a variety of technical projects involving electronic systems and hardware.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to apply their academic knowledge in a practical engineering environment, gaining hands-on experience in testing, troubleshooting and developing electronic solutions. You'll work alongside experienced engineers, building your technical skills and contributing to projects from initial development through to testing and validation.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, with a solid understanding of electronic hardware and an interest in practical engineering and problem-solving.
Job Responsibilities: Support the development, testing and validation of electronic systems and components. Assist with setting up equipment and carrying out technical tests and measurements. Help investigate hardware issues and support fault-finding activities. Collect, analyse and document test results to support engineering decisions. Assist with improving testing processes and technical procedures. Work with engineers across different disciplines to support ongoing projects. Produce clear technical documentation and reports. Support the integration and evaluation of electronic hardware and associated systems. Contribute to continuous improvement activities and the development of engineering solutions.
Required Skills & Experience: Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. A good understanding of fundamental electronic principles, including analogue and digital electronics. An interest in practical electronics, testing and technical problem-solving. Some programming or scripting knowledge would be beneficial. Familiarity with electronic test equipment, such as oscilloscopes and multimeters, is advantageous. Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. A willingness to learn new technologies and develop within a hands-on engineering environment.
