The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Zenoti plays a key role in driving growth by generating and qualifying sales leads through market research, outbound prospecting, and other lead generation activities. This role requires strong communication abilities, and an entrepreneurial spirit to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
What will I be doing?
- Work with the sales and lead generation teams to source new sales opportunities.
- Perform inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting/cold calling.
- Create and qualify opportunities by understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Research accounts, identify and build relationships with key decision makers, and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand a database of prospects.
- Team with channel partners to build a strong sales pipeline and support deal closure.
- Assess, qualify, and transfer leads to the appropriate Account Executive for formal sales presentations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish (preferred), with strong proficiency in English. Additional language skills in other European languages are a plus.
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, sales, or lead generation.
- Strong phone presence with experience making a high volume of calls per day.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Ability to operate in a hybrid role—balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution.
- Business acumen to understand market dynamics and customer needs.
- Ability to conceptualize and explain complex concepts in a clear and compelling way.
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of social networking sites and popular business directories.
- Experience in the salon, spa, medical spa, or fitness industry is a plus.
