Your responsibilities will include:
- Building value-based customer relationships
- Gathering intelligent product feedback and recommendations from the customers
- Applying domain expertise to close deals
- Ensuring high user adoption of the customer success management application
- Implementing best practices to improve customer success
- Ensuring smooth onboarding handoff
Skills you\’ll need:
- A passion for customer success and laser focus on providing customer value.
- 8+ years of overall experience in dealing with customers.
- Ability to understand, articulate, interact with, and manage customer expectations
- Open to travel to customer locations on short notice, when required.
- Experience dealing with large, complex accounts, building relationships at the C-level.
- PMP is an added advantage
- Knowledge of how enterprise implementations, professional services, and support processes work will be a definite plus.
- Fluency in French and English, with the ability to conduct business communication seamlessly in both languages
