You'll join a small, close-knit team, playing a key role in managing inbound leads, developing customer relationships, and processing orders to support ongoing sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently
- Follow up on warm inbound leads (no cold calling involved)
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Support account management activities and contribute to revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with returning customers
- Act as a trusted point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Manage inbound leads generated primarily through Google Ads and marketing campaigns
- Ensure all customer interactions and leads are tracked and followed up effectively
- Confidently discuss and promote a wide range of dental products
- Support customers with product information, availability, and recommendations
- Contribute ideas and feedback to help improve systems, processes, and customer experience
- Be adaptable and willing to support the wider team as the business grows
- Experience in internal sales, inside sales, telesales, or customer service, ideally within the dental industry or a dental supplier.
- Alternatively, experience as a trainee dental nurse or dental nurse looking to move into a commercial role
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
- Customer-focused mindset with empathy and the ability to build long-term relationships
- Comfortable handling multiple enquiries via phone and email
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team
