Portfolio Coordinator in Woking

You will support and optimise a 200+ SKU retail generics portfolio. You will support strategic decision making, deliver meaningful insights, and work closely with sales, supply chain, finance, and global teams to ensure the portfolio remains competitive, profitable, and aligned with market demand.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the optimisation of a 200+ SKU generics portfolio, including SKU prioritisation, pruning, divesting, and harmonisation.
• Build and deliver monthly customer sales forecasts, including volume and ASP modelling.
• Prepare insights for customer meetings, highlighting opportunities, risks, and performance trends.
• Ensure high-quality, accurate commercial data across internal systems.
• Analyse customer purchasing trends, investigate anomalies, and escalate issues where required.

What we are looking for:

• Years' experience in the generics or wider pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong commercial awareness with a clear understanding of what drives performance.
• Advanced analytical capability with expertise in PowerBI.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving market environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Results-driven with the ability to take ownership end-to-end – from analysis to action.
• Commuetebale distance to Guildford 3x a week.
