This is a dual role spanning technical support, preventative maintenance and breakdowns. It is a role requiring 2 days in the office, and travel as required to the UK and across Europe.
- Diagnose potential faults through talking to the customers
- Plan an emergency service visit and advise the account manager so that visits can be scheduled with the customer
- Visit site to correctly diagnose the issues
- Fix emergency and non-routine issues in a timely manner
- Liaise with other members of the Customer Success Team as necessary to ensure all issues can be rectified, such as calibrating the magnet jointly
- Carry out all routine maintenance visits in a timely manner in line with Customer Service Level Agreements, maintaining and fixing all hardware to ensure that scanners continue to operate at optimum levels
- Monitor the performance of installed systems, revising maintenance schedules as necessary to ensure their continued effective performance
- Visit customer sites in all locations to perform system upgrades
- Ensure that all emergency and routine repairs are carried out as cost-effectively as possible
- Ensure that all data is entered in a timely manner into appropriate systems (e.g., Dynamics) to enable effective global communication
