The Company
Our client is a leading global organisation within the animal health sector, providing veterinary practices with a comprehensive portfolio of pharmaceuticals, consumables, technology and business solutions.

The Role
This is a predominantly account management-focused field sales role, responsible for approximately 150 veterinary practice and wholesale accounts. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing all field sales and customer care activity across the territory
  • Driving growth across pharmaceuticals, consumables and proprietary brands
  • Increasing wallet share within existing accounts
  • Conducting 10 pre-booked face-to-face meetings per week
  • Managing territory activity across 4 field days and 1 administration day
  • Using CRM systems (Salesforce / Qlik) to manage performance and opportunities
  • Identifying targeted new business opportunities where appropriate

The Person
We are particularly interested in candidates with:

  • Veterinary sales experience (Preferred)
  • Wider sales experience with a strong interest in animal health

You will also demonstrate:

  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to grow existing accounts
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong territory planning and organisational ability
  • Full UK driving licence

Basic Salary (Competitive)
