You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient supply of pharmaceutical products across multiple markets. You will manage end-to-end operational activities from production planning to distribution, while maintaining compliance and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This is a dynamic position requiring strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to optimise supply performance and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end supply operations for assigned products, ensuring coordination across all functions to maintain availability and compliance.
- Maintain and update the Master Production Schedule, addressing potential supply risks proactively.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, and logistics partners to support seamless product flow.
- Oversee new product introductions, ensuring readiness in line with launch timelines.
- Monitor sales, stock, and supplier performance to identify improvement opportunities and resolve operational challenges.
- Support demand planning, documentation control, and adherence to GMP, GDP, and internal quality standards while reporting on operational performance.
- Experience in supply chain and stock management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Supply Chain qualification (e.g. CIPS, APICS, CIPM) desirable.
- Highly numerate, with strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and problem-solving ability.
