As a Field Service Engineer for this high-end Dental Equipment distributor, you will work in their growing team to help them service, repair and maintain a range of Dental Imaging equipment as well as dental chairs, compressors and other products. The role is covering the North East Territory with very few (1-2) overnight stays a month, no weekend work and a very competitive benefits package involved with this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Carrying out pre-planned maintenance, servicing, installations and repairs on a variety of equipment from CAD, CAM and X-rays in dental practices mainly.
- Also servicing, repairing and maintaining equipment ranging from dental chairs, suction pumps and autoclaves.
- Traveling to and from customer sites that will be localised to your location.
- Working as a team with 4 other service engineers to conduct a high-quality service to support service retention.
- A passionate engineer with hands-on experience, eager to grow within our south east team.
- Someone who thrives on learning, values autonomy, and is a proactive problem solver.
- A self-starter with a track record of high first-time fix rates.
- A professional eager to shape their future career, influence company direction, and share valuable insights.
