Role Overview: As part of a structured training programme, you’ll gain hands-on experience, receive expert mentorship and develop the skills required to progress into an Associate Sales Specialist role. You’ll work closely with Regional Sales Managers, gradually taking on more responsibility across sales support, customer training, clinical demonstrations and account management. This will be a field-based role, covering a territory consisting of Reading, Salisbury, Southampton, Portsmouth, Guildford and Redhill.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the regional sales team with customer training and account management activities.
- Managing and prioritising your own workload effectively.
- Gathering and feeding back valuable customer insights, competitor intelligence and market information.
- Attending and contributing to regional and national sales meetings, training events, workshops and industry congresses.
Person Specification:
