We are recruiting up to four Field Service Engineers with experience in Endoscopy and/or Sterile Services Departments to support both new and existing service contracts, primarily across the South of England, including London, Greater London, South East, and South West being very regionalised.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and commission decontamination equipment, including sterilisers and washer disinfectors.
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance in Endoscopy and SSD environments to minimise downtime.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure reliable equipment performance at customer sites.
  • Manage service requests efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Access a structured training programme, with opportunities available for both experienced candidates and those looking to start a career in decontamination field services.
Person Specification
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve problems on complex electromechanical equipment, preferably in healthcare decontamination, or another regulated industry.
  • Relevant technical or industry certifications.
  • Communication skills: Clear, professional, and customer focused.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in approach.
  • Able to multitask and prioritise based on customer and business needs.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability with attention to detail.
  • Experience within the medical device industry is advantageous.
Package
  • £2,000 per annum bonus.
  • Choice of a VW Tiguan or £7,200 annual car allowance.
  • Overtime available and encouraged for additional earnings.
