Zenopa are partnered with a global leader in Diagnostics who are seeking a Manufacturing Manager to join their Dartford Site (5x on-site per week).
Job Scope:
To manage the day-to-day manufacturing operation, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved quality and regulatory requirements.The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for execution of the production plan and achievement of operational targets.
Responsibilities:
Production Management:
- Manage daily manufacturing operations.
- Ensure production plans are achieved safely and efficiently.
- Review daily production performance and resolve operational issues.
- Allocate labour and resources to meet demand requirements.
- Escalate risks impacting Safety, Quality, Delivery or Cost.
People Management:
- Lead and develop Manufacturing Technicians and Team Leaders.
- Maintain a visible presence on the manufacturing floor.
- Conduct performance reviews and regular team meetings.
- Manage attendance, disciplinary and performance processes.

Safety:
