We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Representative to join a leading veterinary and human medical supply company. Responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new German clinics
- Respond to queries from customers via email and phone, in both English and German
- Achieve KPIs set around having ecstatic customers
- Achieve KPIs set around outbound telephony targets and activity
- Engage with potential new customers or less regular customers
- Ability to be responsible for your own development path, with support from your team
- Manage targets to achieve business growth
- Provide a supportive service to our customers
- Manage and complete account management activities such as regular communication whether that be verbal, written or electronic (MS Teams)
Experience:
- Fluent in both English & German
- Previous experience with call-based customer service in German
- Experience with upselling and/or new business development
- Experience with Microsoft packages is essential
- SAP experience would be preferential
- Pro-active and have a solution led outlook
- Driven and focused individual OR a Veterinary Nurse who is Bi-lingual
