Role Overview: Manage and grow a regional portfolio of veterinary surgeries and clinics, driving product adoption and long-term customer relationships across the territory. This field-based role combines new business development with account management, supporting veterinary professionals through practical, solution-led engagement.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a regional portfolio of veterinary practices and clinics, building long-term customer relationships through regular field engagement.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts across the veterinary and pet retail sectors.
- Represent a premium product portfolio through face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, training sessions, and promotional activity.
- Plan territory activity effectively, negotiate commercial agreements, and identify growth opportunities through sales analysis and account insight.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and customer records using CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Deliver high standards of customer support through timely follow-up, issue resolution, product matching, and sample coordination.
What We Are Looking For:
- Commercially minded sales professional with experience in field sales or territory management.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to identify opportunities for revenue and margin growth.
- Confident managing existing accounts while onboarding new veterinary practices.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
