A large food manufacturing company is looking for a Production Manager for the Night Shift to lead their dynamic team in Telford. The Shift Pattern for the role is Sunday to Thursday 21.30 to 06.30.

What You Will Do:

  1. Lead and develop a team of Section Managers, driving both individual and departmental performances.
  2. Ensure the operational output within your designated factory area meets KPIs, targets, and business objectives.
  3. Champion the Zone for customer visits and audits, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and delivery.
  4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within your Zone and across the site.
  5. Ensure adherence to all food safety, health & safety, and quality standards.
  6. Provide feedback and analyze the effectiveness of new projects, policies, and procedures to senior management.

What You Will Bring:

  1. Proven experience as a Section or Production Manager within a food manufacturing environment with experience of leading production & site operations.
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  3. Project and continuous improvement experience.
  4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build successful working relationships at all levels.
  5. Customer-centered approach to work, using customer specifications and company standards to measure quality of product.
