Job Description
- Production Management: Oversee daily production planning to ensure alignment with customer orders and deadlines.
- Quality Control: Maintain strict quality standards, addressing any issues promptly and implementing corrective actions where needed.
- Lean Practices: Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives, implementing Lean practices to optimise factory efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performance team, providing training, performance reviews, and clear direction to drive results.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure seamless communication and operational alignment across the business.
- Health & Safety: Ensure robust health and safety processes are followed, aiming for zero accidents.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for improvement, focusing on eliminating waste and improving productivity.
