What You Will Do:

- Oversee the monthly payroll process using ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, managing conflict resolution and disciplinary processes in line with company policies and UK employment law.
- Drive the recruitment and onboarding of top talent, partnering with recruitment teams and supporting career development and succession planning.

What You Will Bring:
