Your new role
Leading multiple small production and logistics sites, you will work within the leadership team to identify and deliver operational improvements, while maintaining product availability and service excellence throughout.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be proven in your ability to juggle the daily demands of an operational leadership role, ensuring teams are delivering their objectives, mentoring and supporting Team Leaders in Production and Warehousing functions, while also driving projects and change to ensure performance improvements are realised. You will have experience in Food Manufacturing (or a similar fast moving, quality focused sector eg FMCG / Pharma etc), and be comfortable in a business that is evolving rapidly. You will be process focused, organised, and able to communicate effectively at all levels. You will be familiar with budget management and KPIs. Experience of Lean and other formal Continuous Improvement techniques are useful but not essential.
