Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Corporate Finance professional to support the continued development of the company. The role focuses on reviewing, analysing, structuring and executing group financing and strategy, investment and M&A activities, structuring and approvals of investments, overall transaction management and non‑recourse debt financing of investments.
Day‑to‑day Responsibilities Project finance debt raising for Battery Energy Storage projects (UK & Internationally)
Asset finance debt raising for EV Fleet projects (UK & Internationally)
Portfolio‑level debt raising and capital stack optimisation
Joint ventures and commercial partnerships
Portfolio‑level M&A activities: acquisition of start‑ups, greenfield & brownfield infrastructure assets
Expansion into new markets and post‑M&A integration
Investment Committee process: paper preparation and screening
Loan monitoring, reporting and maintaining banking relationships
Management of third‑party advisory workstreams (diligence, structuring, financial advisory)
Collaboration with the wider finance team on company financial reporting and KPIs
Health and Safety Contribute to Zenobé’s commitment to health and safety, wellbeing and sustainability by integrating these principles into daily responsibilities, ensuring a safe and supportive work environment, promoting physical and mental health, and adopting sustainable practices to minimise environmental impact.

4‑5 years’ corporate finance or relevant experience
Genuine passion for finance
Strong interest in clean energy & sustainability
Strong academic track record; qualification or part‑qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA) preferred
Willingness to learn about corporate finance in a fast‑paced growth environment
Quantitative/analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to build strong internal & external working relationships
Desire to work for a scale‑up business with an agile, curious, resilient approach
Pro‑active self‑starter, willing to shape role and present ideas
Fluency in English (mandatory)
