- Provide technical expertise across multiple BESS projects through design, build, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Work closely with customers, project managers, OEMs, and system integrators to deliver robust OT solutions that meet operational and commercial requirements.
- Review and approve OT architectures, control system designs, and cybersecurity controls to ensure compliance with Zenobæ standards.
- Coordinate SAT, commissioning, troubleshooting, grid code compliance testing and operational readiness across multiple stakeholders, ensuring successful validation, comprehensive documentation, and seamless handover of assets into operation.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, reduce engineering effort, and accelerate deployment as the business scales.
- Manage the workload and development activities for engineers within your team to ensure we have the right people and skills to effectively support our projects.
- Drive convergence with Technology, Data, Software, and Operations teams to ensure OT solutions align with broader platform capabilities, creating a seamless customer experience and maximising value across Zenobæ’s technology ecosystem.
