THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing and Communications Executive to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, excellent copywriting skills, and strong organisational abilities.

The role holder will support a variety of activities across the marketing and communications function — from writing social media content and researching thought leadership topics, to supporting event delivery and research, assisting in campaign planning and internal coordination. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys turning ideas into engaging communications.

A TASTE OF THE DAY TO DAY

Content marketing

  • Draft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for digital channels, including social media, newsletters, blogs, award entries and internal communications.
  • Assist in developing creative content for campaigns and thought leadership, working closely with designers and subject matter experts from across the EV, Network Infrastructure and Portable Power businesses.
  • Support the maintenance and updating of website content ensuring data and figures are reliable and up to date.

Event support

  • Assist in the planning, promotion and delivery of events (virtual and in-person), including logistics, invitations/email marketing, materials preparation, internal briefings, follow-up communications and reporting.
  • Work on event collateral (e.g., signage, programmes, digital content) in collaboration with the Marketing team.

Project coordination

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing team, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are well coordinated.
  • Help manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, content drafting and approvals.

Reporting & insights

  • Assist with basic data tracking and reporting on campaign, website and social media performance.
  • Internal co-ordination to gather events feedback.

Essential skills and experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • A creative eye and a passion for developing compelling content.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Confident using tools such as Microsoft Office, social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and CMS platforms (basic experience).
  • A collaborative team player who takes initiative and works well across teams.

Desirable skills and experience

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a B2B or international environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in German or Spanish a bonus
