Zenobē Energy Limited seeks a seasoned commercial lawyer to support the Spain and UK operations. Based in London or Madrid, you will spend time between both locations, handling asset finance, contract negotiations and regulatory matters for Spain.
You will draft, review and negotiate LOIs, master rental agreements, vehicle purchase agreements, maintenance, EV charger supply and service agreements. You will work closely with internal teams and external counsel, providing commercial and governance support.
